Project Description
This is the “Workhorse” design for FIBCs. The standard four loop bags all types of bulk materials. The design is the typical U Panel with side panels securely stitched to it by over-lock and safety stitch. These bags are with loops attached in the corners. The normal width of such bags is 90 x 90 cms but we can make panels up to 130 cms.
U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) have one (1) continuous piece of fabric for a side, bottom, and opposite side panel creating a “U” shape. The remaining sides and top panel are then sewn in to construct the bag. U-Panel bags are an industry standard and provide a great mix of stack-ability, strength, and affordability.
